I had earlier posted about the service Spambox.us which enables you to setup a free email redirect in order to prevent spam emails. This is a service which is based on the topic of emails, but using this, you are able to create a free personal contact form online, by simply providing your email ID only. You could consider it a free contact form creator, but thats not all there is to it.

The signup process is pretty straightforward.

Simply enter the required details and click on “Create link”. After that you would be receiving a confirmation email at the email address you entered. You will also be provided with a link to the contact form in the following format.

where abcd is a four digit random number. Once you have activated the contact form, you are able to view the contact form at the above link. It is something like this:

It is after all a simple contact form, but also has a Captcha feature to reduce spammy emails. Now this is an ultimate time saving tool, but unfortunately you cannot customize the fields in the form or use the form anywhere else (on your site, blog etc.). On the positive side, you are able to edit the contact form’s recipient email ID later as well in case you want the emails to be sent to a different email ID.

Contactify has also introduced a widget in association with widgetbox, that enables you to insert the contact form anywhere in your site. Thus with just 2 lines of code, you are able to use the Captcha enabled contact form for your site visitors without leaving the site.
