Perhaps it is best to copy an existing favicon, and then modify it to make it different, rather than start from scratch.

I never noticed the lack of favicon on your blog! But anyway, it is a good idea to personalise the blog with a favicon.. Good luck with it!

Nice, the preview feature is especially cool. I’ve seen sites that let you generate .ico from .png, but this is better in a lot of ways.
