Most don't install for free. I've come across very few people offering such services for free. Some do offer free installations and help when asked for, though. But the same cannot be said about everybody there. But mostly, the forum currencies are easy to earn. So that reduces the problems for amateurs. But the fact is that not all the people may have access to reliable or helpful communities. In very large communities, you may well be ignored.
