This is not exactly a website offering automatic installations or auto-install softwares, but actually a website run by a person called Sridhar Katakam, a 28 year old from Bangalore, India.

The idea is good. But do you think people would require help in installation when they have automated scripts to do it and with a huge community support?
You raise a good point. But the fact is that not all the people may have access to reliable or helpful communities. In very large communities, you may well be ignored.
Also, some may ask for money to install scripts even in communities.
So, such people can make it here, I guess
Oh, really? I’m surprised! I haven’t ran into such situation. I’m wondering if the word community makes and good ethical sense when they ignore and claim money for lending support?
The fact is that, in some communities the members put up shops offering services for either the forum currency or real $.
Most don’t install for free. I’ve come across very few people offering such services for free. Some do offer free installations and help when asked for, though. But the same cannot be said about everybody there.
But mostly, the forum currencies are easy to earn. So that reduces the problems for amateurs.
With this service, I guess you don’t need that as well.
